| Hello, I am Jon Towers and this is my
first book. It was published by Wasteland Press in April, 2004. ISBN:
1-932852-22-0. It is still available at AMAZON.COM
if you interested in owning a copy.
NO PART OF THIS BOOK MAY BE REPRODUCED IN ANY FORM BY PHOTOCOPYING OR BY ELECTRONIC OR MECHANICAL MEANS, INCLUDING INFORMATION STORAGE OR RETRIEVAL SYSTEMS, WITHOUT PERMISSION IN WRITING FROM THE COPYRIGHT OWNER / AUTHOR. Printed in the USA. Now that the legal stuff is out of the way and my publishers legal team won't sue me. My intention is to go through the book and sort of comment on it as in depth as I can. It has been a while since I actually went through it, and I thought it might be a good idea to sort of unlock it before I forget all of the good stuff. Abracax is one of the main villains of the Book, he has been variously claimed throughout the centuries to be an Egyptian god, a demon, and also to represent God and Satan. He is also linked with Ancient Christians called Gnostics, whose beliefs are an under current to the whole "New Apocrypha" story. Apocrypha comes from the Greek word meaning "Those having been hidden away". Here it is referencing ancient works that are not considered part of the bible proper. Scripture that falls outside accepted cannon of the church, traditions and religious legends are based on the stories found in some of these books.
